23 years ago I build my own swimming pool designed to play swimming pool volleyball. My children were at that time four and six.  I designed the swimming pool 14 ft wide and 28 ft long. It was 3.5 ft deep on each end and 4.5 ft in the middle. I purchased a custom valleyball net and intalled it in middle. 

Now let me tell you this turned out to be the most fun pool I have ever owned. I loved it, my wife loved, and best of all my children and all our friends loved it. Every waking moment was spend in this swimming pool. The best investment I ever made in for my family.
